1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
• mgw138 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are final. Once funds are credited to your account, they cannot be reversed unless an error has occurred.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your mgw138 account, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification and had your identity documents approved.
• Withdraw funds only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• Meet any wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• Have wagered at least 1x (one times) your total deposit amount to prevent money laundering and comply with anti-fraud measures.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (09:00 - 23:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday).
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours for security purposes.
• mgw138 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000.

• You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it has been approved and processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary:

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All bets are settled based on official results and statistics from recognized sports governing bodies.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless more than 90% of the scheduled playing time has been completed.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds or results, mgw138 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Maximum payout limits may apply to accumulator bets and certain markets.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

12. Dispute Resolution

Decisions made by mgw138's management regarding betting and gaming disputes are final. You waive any right to bring class action lawsuits or participate in class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
